The sources in this folder are used by 
- OpenMind
- Epilog (and Commons as part of Epilog)

The projects using the basics sources should maintain a copy of the basics.jar they use.
Changes in basics packages must be tested before checking. 

It is highly recommended to have the other dependend projects open (in eclipse) when changing (refactoring) the basics.
