= The Workspace-Block =
Every workspace has one of these blocks. They cannot be closed, unlike all the other blocks.

 - access to workspace meta data (title, description)
 - manage user rights (in case a workspace is shared with other users)
 - starting point for creating and opening [wiki:TableBlock tables] and [wiki:MapBlock maps]
 - the [wiki:NotesBlock notes-] and [wiki:SearchBlock search-]blocks can be opened from here
