empty pages don't return the text "[empty page]" but empty divs.

It should be possible to display texts that are not in the standard text repository but e.g. in the "sandbox" repository.

We need an additional "repository" attribute on the text-url-path tag in the index.meta file.

The docuViewer needs a configuration option to select the repository attribute to look for in the index.meta.

If no matching attribute is found the viewer could either try to use the document path anyway or not display the text.
