This is the optional encoding menu, added as a patch for Fudan U's DVN. 
menu.txt is the expanding menu list (I stole it from the Firefox source
and translated it into IceFaces xhtml). AddFilesPage.xhtml is the 
complete DVN 3.6* page, patched with the menu.
