Currently there is an Access based system in use. Further there are different copies of that Access system running. There is currently another access based proptoytpe which can import data from the live access system. From there you can export data to flat file format and import it into openmind. The data structure has not changed and the import mechanism should work. We have to clarify this and try a dry run. When we have testet the first mile stone version of ismi we have to import all the live data and will store them in the new openmind/ismi system from thean on. The live data is the heart and the value of the project and we have to clarify the correctness of the import and the stability too. If possible we should automate that for supporting fast imports if we would like to see program changes and newly entered data for verifying. Currently there is a access based system in use.
