Comments Robert: technically or mathematically it should be no problem to convert one date into another. The question is which is the leading format? Do we have only one date and convert it only for viewing/searching (checkbox is arabic date in query mask).

Where can I find information about the calendar convertions? Do we need more than christian to hijra? Is hijra singular or are there multiple versions?

There are several access databases curently in use by the editors.

This databases shall be merged in one openmind repositotr/inbox.

• we need to discuss how the finished application shall query through the entered datathere are numerous ways to do that and we just have to define what we want
• we should also discuss whteher we need to deveolp some kind query language. I recommend to do this because without a domain specific language the user of the system, the scientist will not be able to query in a useful way.
• during the development of the the advanced base/browsing views (Ticket #18) we have to add simple query pages for defining simple queries and presenting results.
• The presentation of results as lists of entities is already done, so we can concentrate on developing a controller sending queries to open mind and on developing query pages.
• Things we can not implement in Ticket #18 have to sheduled.
• Parts of the requirements for this topic might come out in in the scree book defined in Ticket #13 by Jamil.
