• Berzelius 1819: table at the end: # 2 for ^2 (short notation for superscript)
• Superscript has been consistently marked as subscript in Weidler 1726, Belidor 1757 (bot WO5), Musschenbroek 1729, Voltaire 1738 (both WO4). (For some reason, the “superscript 9” ligature us has been typed correctly sometimes.)
• Pappus, Greek text on the first 50 pages??
