    3 We will need a list of Greek ligatures in early printed books. As there are over 500 Renaissance ligatures, we will have to make a reasonable selection. Some existing lists are attached.
     3The Specs 2.0 contain a list of Greek ligatures in early printed books (unchanged since version 1.1.2). As there are over 500 Renaissance ligatures, we started with a small selection, which will be extended in later versions of the Specs. We will also distinguish more clearly between ligatures and abbreviations.

     5So far we have used mainly Ingram 1966 and Faulmann 1880 as scholarly sources. In the Specs we have used images from [wiki:WO1_Pappus_1660 Pappus 1660], the LaTeX Philokalia package, and the Rgreekl2 font (which we made to work on a Mac).
